My wife and I cook dinner together and I function as her sous chef, which is really fun because she is such a good cook. Onward. She bought these Campari On The Vine Tomatoes
from our friendly neighborhood Costco
Which is our 2nd friendly neighborhood home .
I'll shortcut this. I have been on a tomato BINGE. Fresh and full of life, these gorgeous things are perfect with a little salt and olive oil. Maybe some fresh herbs and sprinkle of real mozzerella. Perfect as a snack while viewing your most cherished episode of The Facts Of Life. Or maybe this calls for a MANIMAL moment. Wait...maybe we should do just that. Let's literally have a "Manimal Moment" - copyright pending...
